Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Excellent recipe! I, too, dipped in a flour/salt, pepper mixture, then the egg mixture, then the bread crumbs. Then I seared them on the stove for a few minutes, then re-dipped them in the eggs and breadcrumbs again before doing another quick sear. This made the breading really tasty and so full of flavor! My husband really really liked these and we'll be using this one again from now on!

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

Excellent recipe! The meat sauce was wonderful and very thick. I did add an additional jar and eliminated the tomato sauce and it turned out great. I added cottage cheese to the ricotta as well and that made for a nice smooth texture. Very happy with the end result. Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe!

Grandma's Best Ever Sour Cream Lasagna

This was pretty good, but still didn't have that "something" that I've been looking for. I found the sauce to be very bland, even after adding more spices to it. I can say, though, that the sour cream was very good and both my hubby and I were quite pleased with that. I just need to find that really good spaghetti sauce recipe and this would be perfect.

Homemade Tomato Sauce II

Very good sauce! I used all ingredients in the recipe and just added a tablespoon of oregano, 2 bay leaves, and a couple of carrots (for added sugar to cut acidity--took out at the end of cooking) and some red pepper flakes. The recipe is good just as it is though. I just felt like "playing" a little and was thrilled with the outcome. A definite keeper! Thank you so very much!

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

This was an excellent recipe! I made these tonight and took 3 chicken breasts and split them into 3 strips each. I threw in some extra seasoning into the mayo/parmesan cheese mixture and used crushed croutons mixed with bread crumbs. So good! I did cook these on a wire cookie rack on top of a baking sheet with foil underneath (caught all the crumbs) and cooked them for 20 minutes on one side, flipped them, and cooked another 20 minutes on the other side. Next time I will use cooking spray, so they don't stick at all. The crunchy coating was outstanding! I never would have guessed using mayonnaise, but it turned out perfect! Thanks so much for sharing!
