Dark Chocolate Cake I

Delicious! Very easy to make. I made it in a bundt pan, and needed to cook it about 50 minutes. It was a fluffy, moist and very chocolately cake. I greased the pan and it came out perfectly, no breaking.

Satiny Chocolate Glaze

This is a very good glaze. Perfect texture. It was my first time making a glaze and it came out perfectly. I only had bittersweet chips and it still tasted great.

Oatmeal-Cinnamon Muffins

I didn't like these muffins. I followed the recipe exactly. They were very dry, bland, and stuck to the papers. I did rate it a 3 stars because my husband said the were good. I ended up sending them over to our diabetic neighbor and he said they were good.

Clothes Pin Cookies

I have tried other recipes for lady locks and this one it the best! I followed the recipe exactly. Well, I might not have used and entire pound of butter. It takes a while. I usually set aside 2 days, one for making the dough, and the other for baking and filling. Oh, this creme filling really good. It tastes just like my grandmothers.

Perfect Pie Crust I

Although this crust has a pleasant taste,it tastes more like a cookie to me. It was also very difficult to work with. It did not roll out easily for a 9 inch pie, but it did roll nicely in small amounts for cutting out the decorative shapes for the edges of the pie. After I added more shortening and water, and mixed it for 30 minutes, it became easier to work with. I have been looking for an easy flaky pie crust. This isn't it.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I've been using this recipe for 3 years. Everytime I make it I get multiple requests for the recipe. Even hard to please eaters in my family love it. I usually follow the recipe exactly, but this time I left out the eggs. It tasted exactly the same.
