Massachusetts Straub Chili

This was wonderful!!!! I used buffalo stew meat and regular ground beef. I also added a can of tomato paste to help thicken it up, but those are the only changes I made and it wasn't too soupy and was seasoned perfectly.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

This was great. I used homemade salsa and I think it makes a huge difference in the taste. This was a big hit with the whole family. A definite keeper.

Hoagie Bake

This was good, but I think it was a little greasy. Maybe if I got leaner cuts of the deli meats it would be better. But it just seemed to need something else.
