Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
I made these for valentine's day and shaped them into hearts. The cookies turned out great! I'm not a big fan of peanut butter cookies, but these were sooo good. They came out thin but nice and chewy. My husband just loved these also. My mom tried them and fell in love. Just one note: I did the half brown sugar and half white sugar that was recommended. I will try just the white sugar to see how they taste also.

Wave Your Flag Cheesecake
I've made this the last couple years and everybody still loves it. I've even made as a birthday cake (berries not in a flag).

Rhubarb Jam
This was the first time I made jam. It was simple and it turned out amazing! THe only thing I did different was omit the water and mixed the sugar and rhubabrb & let it stand in the ffridge for several hours (It was an unintentional necessity). I gave my mom a jar and she had it gone that night.
