Homemade Flour Tortillas

Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers

If you want to kick this up a notch, and make it taste like restaurant mushroom burger sauce, stir a little dollop of sour cream into your mushroom mixture after you've taken it off the heat. Perfection!

Beer Batter for Fish

I was out of cornstarch so added a bit more baking soda, no pastry flour, used all purpose. This was impressive! Not greasy, excellent taste. I used it for onion rings and I would have thought I was getting them in a greasy spoon, less the grease.
