Baked Salmon II

After reading other reviews, I cut down the oil to 2 tablespoons. I also increased the garlic to 4 cloves based on personal preference. I didn't bother wrapping the fillets - I just baked them in the glass dish with foil on top. They came out great! Will definitely make these again!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

This dish came out fantastic! I didn't change anything except for adding some garlic (I tend to add garlic to most everything). Next time I plan to serve it over pasta. Will definitely be making this again! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Great recipe! I used a little less cinnamon, minced 3 cloves of fresh garlic in place of the garlic powder (as I was out) and added a little chili powder for heat. I followed the advice of other reviewers and after shredding the meat I placed it in the oven at 400F for about 15 minutes to crisp up a little. It turned out great! I will definitely make this again!

Greek Chicken Pasta

Fantastic recipe. Other than seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper and a little greek seasoning I followed the recipe exactly and the dish came out delicious! I will definitely be making this again soon!

Emily's Famous Chili

Loved this chili! I Didn't change anything in the recipe and thought it turned out great. Amount of spiciness was perfect for me but if you're not used a lot of heat you may want to cut it down a bit. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!
