Chicken Continental
This is exactly what I was looking for! I just wanted some creamy chicken and rice and this was it! I used an 8 oz can of mushrooms instead of fresh and per other reviewers used chicken broth in place of water (could not have imagine using water for this!). I used a little bit more than a cup & 1/2 of rice, almost 2 cups as there was a decent amount of liquid in the pan. Only spiced it with garlic powder, salt, and oregano. I also cut the chicken into strips. I think next time I may boil it and shred it apart. I wanted chicken and rice not a whole chicken over rice. Great recipe!

Stuffed Green Peppers I
Wonderful recipe! My only suggestion is to either buy seasoned tomato soup or season it before you add it on the peppers.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
I think this is an excellent alternative to hamburgers or rather, just something new to do with ground beef! I loved it. Per other reviewers I substituted 1 tablespoon cooking sherry with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. The first time I made this I did not double the gravy and there ended up just not being enough. I also didn't serve it over anything. Second time I doubled the gravy (it may seem like a lot of flour but trust me you need all of it!), and served it over rice and it was heavenly! The extra gravy tasted wonderful with the rice. Adding this to my book! Thanks.
