Grilled Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2010
Very good flavor-expecially on a hot carcoal grill. The only change I would make is to double the cooking time. But then again, I do like my corn a bit more tender. Thanks!

Slow-Cooked Steak Fajitas

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
Very tasty! To keep the calories down I opted to serve the meat & veggies over greens for a fajita salad. I didn't use cheese or sour cream, however I made D's famous salsa from this site to add more flavor and spice. YUMMY!!!!

Ice Cream Kolacky

Like so many other reviewers, this recipe was handed down to me by my mother-in-law. I simply must make it every holiday, and occasionally throughout the year too. Thanks for posting!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
Very good recipe! I followed some of the suggestions and made 12 instead of the 6. Had a bunch of extra streusal topping, but that's okay. These were great!

Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
The whole family liked this sauce. It did take quite a while to reduce to desired consistency, but in the end it was worth it. Only used a very small handful of choc. chips. Turned out great.

Easy Lemon Cake Cookies with Icing

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
So easty & so good too! You won't be able to stop eating these. I only cooked for 8 mins as so many reviews suggested. I also rolled the dough into 1" balls before baking. The glaze was simple- I needed about three times the milk, however. Thanks!

I LOVE eclairs and since we've moved, I cannot find a good one at any of the local bakeries. This is a wonderful alternative. Easy & delicious!

Grilled Garlic Artichokes

I'll never steam artichokes again. This recipe was fantastic. No dipping in butter needed! I didn't even use the butter in the recipe- only olive oil! What a great healthy alternative. THANKS!!!

Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
These were delicious- word to the wise: not for using cookie cutters. The dough is quite wet and I needed place the dough in the freezer between batches so I could work with it. I frosted them with vanilla (store-bought) frosting tinted with green f.c. for St. Patty's day. Big hit in my daughter's kindergarten classroom!

Molly's Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
Found this recipe quite boring actually. Smelled great cooking, but the chicken had surprisingly very little flavor. Ended up using the chicken in a recipe or chicken pot pie.

Toffee Cashew Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
Great Recipe!! The crust is buttery and flaky. The topping is salty and sweet! We're big fans of salt in our house so we used salted cashews and did not omit the salt from the recipe. Word of advice: Don't foreget to let them cool completely before cutting into bars.
