Peppermint Meringues
OH man! I have never attempted anything involving meringue, but these looked way too cute and yummy to pass up. They were simple and easy to make, the hardest part for me was separating the egg-whites.
I put the meringue in an icing bag and squirted them out on the foiled cookie sheet using the largest star tip I could find. Then I sprinkled red sugar on top of them before putting on the crushed candy cane.
