I've only had gnocchi a few times, so I don't know how mine compared but they were really good if a little bland. I followed one reviewers advice and after making the dough (No idea if I added enough flour or too little) I scooped it into a large plastic bag and cut the corner off. Then I just squeezed it out and cut with scissors dipped in flour. This was a two person job though. My only regret was using canned sauce because it took longer than I thought to do the gnocchi and we were hungry. Didn't like the sauce but the gnocchi were good. I plan to make these with spinach and cheese gnocchi and a sausage marinara sauce for a party next week.
