I tried this recipe in the crock pot and while the taste was really nice the chicken was quite dry. next time I will go with the oven.

Amanda's Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
i thought this was yummy. the beef mixture seemed a bit dry as i was mixing it so i threw in some plain yogurt. i think next time i will add some spaghetti sauce directly to the beef and a bit more cheese.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
This is my first time to rate a recipe on this site...how exciting :) anyway, i thought these muffins were fabulous! the texture was perfect and the sweetness just right. i did make the following adjustments: i soaked the oats in 1 cup milk for about 20 hours, i added 1/4 cup of plain yogurt to that later. used about 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, used a scoop of flaxseed, 1/4 cup sucanat in place of 1/4 cup of brown sugar, applesauce instead of oil, and used milk chocolate chips as that was all i had on hand. i did not have pecans. these really were great and i look forward to seeing what my little ones think of them.
