This is delicious!! I followed the recipe, with the exception of putting the mozzerella on top. Instead I added it to the mixture. I only had french bread on hand. Served on it sliced. Amazing!!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
This is a great traditional pancake. I used a waffle maker and they were foolproof! I froze the left overs, by wrapping them individually with aluminum foil and into a zip lock baggie. It made the kids breakfast before school a breeze. Just popped em into the microwave for about 25 seconds.

My cookies didn't turn out very well. They were horribly flat and even after baking them 10 minutes they werent cooked in the center. Next time I think I will try half butter and half shortening.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2009
This was my first attempt at roasting a turkey. I made a huge mistake in only adding 1 teaspoon of salt. It was SOOOO bland.... I would suggest adding a generous amount of salt.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2008
This was hands down the best version of hamburger soup I've ever tasted! It was SOOO easy and quick to make. Love the part about adding frozen veggies. It's nice to not spend so much time preparing a meal. The flavors were a hit. The only thing I added was some onion powder, black pepper and along with the canned chicken broth I added 1 chicken boullion cube. To make it more rich. Wonderful! Thank you
