Wonderful! My first try at cheesecake, and a great success. I followed suggestions to let cool in oven and no cracks. It did puff significantly at the end of baking (but went down while cooling) and turned a little darker brown than I wanted (maybe it baked too long?), so a friend suggested mixing a little sour cream and sugar and spread on top. It was beautiful!

Chocolate Pudding Cake II

It was ok. The pudding had a really wierd texture to it. Also the color of the pudding turned out dark so it looked burned. Over all the taste was good, but i don't think that i would show the entire product if we had guests over just becase it looked like a big burnt blob.

All American Apple Pie

Very easy to make. I had to make 9 apple pies for my team and this was a great easy recipe. The only thing i did different was less apples, and when you take it out of the oven i sprinkled brown sugar, milk, white sugar mixture over it to give it a carmel glaze.
