Breaded Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2008
I did not pound the pork at all. I cut in quarter inch rounds and followed the rest of the recipe...however, I did NOT put them in the oven because they were all ready done. Nice and juicy! I got rave reviews!

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2013
This recipes is great, but I agree with the other reviews who suggest marinading the chops in the liquid mixture first, then rub on the dry ingredients. Don't combine the wet with the dry! Great smokey flavor in an easy grilling. Company quality for sure!

Steamed Lobster Tails

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2013
My lobster tails were smaller, so I set the timer for 5 minutes instead of 8 and they were perfect!

Asian Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2013
This was fabulous! I did not have the sweet sauce and did not miss it. I added a bit more of the Sriracha for a nice extra kick.

This was fabulous!! Easy and imparts a very delicious flavor to the meat. Can't afford prime rib?? Just buy a chuck roast and follow this recipe and your guests will roll their eyes! Highly recommended!

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
What a great soup! I did not have canned kidney beans, so I added a handful of dried bean mixture (lentils, navy, kidney, peas). This mixture is found in the soup aisle and is a great pantry staple. My guess is one could add just about any vegetable you have on hand it will come out great. This soup keeps a long time in the fridge and actually improves over a few days!

Excellent and easy. I used both green and white asparagus, which made a pretty dish.

Healthier Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2014
A great alternative to frying! I love buffalo wings, but am always guilty after eating them because of the fry factor. This recipe eliminates that guilt!

Baked Delicata Squash with Lime Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2014
The lime butter sauce with this great squash was spectacular! I too found 30 minutes not quite enough time. This is a keeper! I will try this butter sauce on other squashes, but the Delicata is my new found favorite!

Hot and Sour Slaw

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
I did not have good luck shredding the bok choy, so I just chopped it. The chili paste and ginger root make this dish. A very welcome change from cabbage slaw! I served with bulkogi (Korean beef) and rice for a nice oriental meal!

Garlic and Basil Baked Chicken Thighs

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2014
I always prepare a new recipe as written the first time. I have to say I think 60 mins in that hot of an oven is too long. Removing the foil for 10 min was not enough to brown the skin, so the chicken was overcooked and pale. Next time I will shorten the total cooking time and remove the foil sooner or perhaps put the chicken under the broiler for a couple of minutes.

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2014
This was very good! I had to go back and saute some more spinach as it really cooked down, so don't skimp on the spinach. I only had feta with tomato and basil and that was a nice addition. A very nice dish I served with coleslaw and grilled chicken.

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2014
I agree with the RedRobynNAU. The panko and adding the hot sauce to the egg mixture did the trick. I did not toss in the butter/hot sauce, but wish I did, as mine were not hot enough for my taste. Finally, a good baked alternative to fried buffalo chicken!

Microwaved Potatoes Lyonnaise

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2014
I wanted to have Lyonnaise potatoes and not have to turn the oven on during a 90 degree day. This recipe was the ticket. I added some chopped parsley for color. It was a hit!
