BBQ Chuck Roast

This was fabulous!! Easy and imparts a very delicious flavor to the meat. Can't afford prime rib?? Just buy a chuck roast and follow this recipe and your guests will roll their eyes! Highly recommended!

Breaded Pork Tenderloin

I did not pound the pork at all. I cut in quarter inch rounds and followed the rest of the recipe...however, I did NOT put them in the oven because they were all ready done. Nice and juicy! I got rave reviews!

Asian Grilled Chicken

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

This recipes is great, but I agree with the other reviews who suggest marinading the chops in the liquid mixture first, then rub on the dry ingredients. Don't combine the wet with the dry! Great smokey flavor in an easy grilling. Company quality for sure!

Microwaved Potatoes Lyonnaise

I wanted to have Lyonnaise potatoes and not have to turn the oven on during a 90 degree day. This recipe was the ticket. I added some chopped parsley for color. It was a hit!

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

I agree with the RedRobynNAU. The panko and adding the hot sauce to the egg mixture did the trick. I did not toss in the butter/hot sauce, but wish I did, as mine were not hot enough for my taste. Finally, a good baked alternative to fried buffalo chicken!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

This was very good! I had to go back and saute some more spinach as it really cooked down, so don't skimp on the spinach. I only had feta with tomato and basil and that was a nice addition. A very nice dish I served with coleslaw and grilled chicken.

Garlic and Basil Baked Chicken Thighs

I always prepare a new recipe as written the first time. I have to say I think 60 mins in that hot of an oven is too long. Removing the foil for 10 min was not enough to brown the skin, so the chicken was overcooked and pale. Next time I will shorten the total cooking time and remove the foil sooner or perhaps put the chicken under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
