While this is, in no way, anything like real Sukiyaki, I'll give you three stars for admitting that it is fake. Thanks for posting this recipe with the note that it isn't the real deal. PS: This looks pretty good, even if it isn't really sukiyaki.

This isn't sukiyaki...! Have you ever even had real sukiyaki before? Please change the name of this recipe to something like "Asian Beef" or something.

Apple Loaf

A fantastic recipe. My whole family loved it! I am the master chef because of this killer apple loaf. I made some changes to the base recipe, however. For one I didn't put any nuts in the loaf. What a horrible way to muck something great up. I did, however, put a layer of oats on the top of the mush in the bread pan before baking. This gave the finished loaf a beautiful and tasty crunchy oat topping. Also, I added nutmeg and cinnamon to the mixture. Really, how can you make an apply anything with out them? I wonder... In conclusion you made me a hero. Thank you for this godly recipe. I will make it again, and again, and again, and again, and...

Chicken And Apple Curry

This was an absolutely awesome curry. I tip my hat off to you, sir/mame. I want to say that I modified the recipe a bit, however. I added a lot of turmeric and gram marsala as well as some cinnamon. Also, instead of adding milk I added half coconut milk and half yogurt. As i slow cooked everything I found it to be getting to thick so I added milk a few times to keep it liquid. Again, thank you so much. This is one of the best things I ever made and it was so simple.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

It's great! Everyone loves it. I do, however, add a bit cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, and a spoon full of vanilla extract. Also, I cut way down on the sugar. Why does this recipe need so much sugar? It doesn't. I also added a lot more water then the recipe suggested to the syrup. his kept it fluid and made for a better filling. A great pie all around. I will make it again and again.

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

I followed the directions the best I could, though, I really don't know how to measure butter when it is cut up then put into a measuring cup. Anyway, following instructions I gathered from the recipe and user comments I worked with everything in as cold an environment as I could. Lucky for me my hands are normally cold so body heat was never a factor. Also, I was sure to keep the mixing bowl inside another bowl filled with ice water. I mixed everything together without much trouble. I rolled the pie shells out the first time and they looked perfect. After placing them under and on top of my pie they trimmed down perfectly and folded together well. After baking the pie the crust looked perfect! As we ate it everyone said the crust was great and better than the oil crust I made last time. Thanks!
