Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

I used 1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening and I think this is the best butter cream recipe I have ever made (and I have made many)!

Peanut Butter Frosting

After making the recipe exactly as stated I thought it needed a more peanut buttery taste. I used Skippy peanut butter and used 1/2 cup more than the recipe called for and 1 tsp. of vanilla. It turned out delicious!
