Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
I made these the other day and I thought that they were pretty good. A lot less mess than making traditional cookies. I actually used a regular chocolate cake mix and had to add in extra oil. I also used chocolate chunks which is not adviseable as the chunks fall out of the batter. But they tasted good and didn't make a gazillion cookies that we have for weeks!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2008
It was too 'limey' and it tasted burnt and really sour to me even though it was not burnt. I will not make this again.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2008
I made this while the in-laws were here and I was not really sure if they would like it. They are more into southern style cooking, but it went over very well. It was delicious and easy to make with things that I had on hand. The cream cheese was great in it, I would never have thought to use it but it added real consistency to the sauce. Delicious. I will make this many more times I am sure. Great recipe!

Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
Awful, and way too dry, I don't even know what I would do to make it edible. Will not be making this again.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
Absoloutly amazing!!! I loved this recipe and it was really good left over as well. I used chicken tenders instead because I do not like bones in my chicken, and I used shredded parmesan cheese instead of grated and it came out wonderful. I used the leftover coating over the top of the chicken for more crispiness and I can see me making this more often, it is one of my new favorites.

French Crepes

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
I made this last night and I did not have a problem with the batter, I did however add about 3 TABLESPOONS of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla to to mix because I like mine sweet. Also I am a bit of a cheater on rolling the batter in the pan, I use a 12 inch non stick skillet with taller sides so that I get a perfectly round crepe every time and they don't get crispy this way if you put just enough batter to coat the pan then the whole things cooks evenly and you really don't have a need to flip the crepe. Mine came out pale and thin, I did not find that the sugar at all contrubuted to any kind of browning of the crepes as others mentioned, perhaps they are using a pan that is too hot, I cook mine on medium low heat and never have a problem.

Guy Approved Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
I don't eat beef, but I made this for DH and he liked it a lot, he said it reminded him of brisket? But because he doesn't like ketchup this recipe worked out great, I had the same problem as some of the others-it did not hold together very well but I guess the taste was good because all of the leftovers got eaten!

Claire's Yummy Crepes

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
I made these today and they were pretty good, however I found that they tasted like flour and were a little thick..I added a tsp of vanilla as another reviewer suggested and I think next time I will add more milk, but overall a good recipe to start out with.
