I've used this rib rub many times while grilling or baking ribs and they always turn out great. I bought my first smoker this weekend and used this rub on a rack of spareribs, the rub combined with the smoke flavor made some of the best ribs I've ever had! I highly recommend this rub!

T Bird's Beef Jerky

Best jerky i've ever had! All I did different was minus the hot sauce and switched the salt with "hickory smoke salt". Turned out great!

Marinated Flank Steak

Very Good! I used this recipe to make fajitas and they turned out great! All I did different was skip on the mustard (can't stand it, no matter how little I use in recipes I can always taste it) and added a tablespoon of onion powder. Great recipe!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Cooked it exactly the way the instructions said except I added a few tablespoons of minced garlic in the cavity along with the onion and basted with butter a few times during cooking. It came out amazing, everybody loved it. A+ recipe.
