Easy Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies
Made this recipe with yellow cake mix (what i had around) and added some coconut. The best, easiest cookies i've had in a long time!! Thanks!

Caribbean Chicken
This was good. I think the nectarines really sucked up a lot of the grape fruit juice flavor, and it's not my most favorite flavor! SOOO i think a cut up mango would work better, just my taste. I couldn't find mango hot suace but could find mango chili suace and used that instead, and also dipped the chicken in after. It was SOO good. my husband said it was a keeper and i agree.

Thai Red Chicken Curry
I cooked this recipe last night to the T. I am a huge fan of red curry and used the red curry paste made by "taste of thai" The color wasn't red enough and the flavor ... not even close! Not sure if this calls for curry powder mabye? or mabye some more authentic paste from a local Oriental market. It also seems that it needs to simmer longer to asborb, and cook down spices .. like you would chili. Won't make again!
