I followed the recipe exactly except for the type of meat that I used. I used 1 lb ground bison and 1 lb ground turkey. Fantastic. It went very well with egg noodles, my boyfriend devoured the entire plate! Thanks for sharing.

Butternut Squash with Onions and Pecans

For the type of recipie this is, it is excellent! My whole family enjoyed it. I used splenda brown sugar to make it a little more sweet without adding too much sugar as well.

Mrs. Strong's Casserole

My boyfriend absolutely loved this recipe. I used light cream cheese, 95% lean ground beef, and fat free sour cream to cut down the calories and make it a healthier dish. I also put a little more sauce because I was afraid that the cheese and sour cream would be too overwhelming. I would definitely make this again.

Absolutely the best barbecue chicken I have ever had...the whole family loved it, even my picky brothers! I used light italian dressing for a healthier option and it still tasted great!

Lemon Berry Smoothie

I transformed this recipie into a protein shake and it was the best I've ever had! I put one scoop of vanilla protein (dymatize brand), frozen mixed berries, 1/2 packet of raspberry lemonade crystal lite, and 1 cup of ice cubes. It was amazing!

Normal Chicken

Very good, simple, juicy chicken. I actually marinated the chicken for 2 days (by accident..I was planning on making it the next day and then our schedules became too busy). That might be why other people felt that it was too bland. 2 days was a perfect amount of time to marinate!

Haddock Bubbly Bake

Great recipie! I used the healthy request cream of mushroom soup instead of the fattening version...watch the amount that you actually put on though because I realized after the first time making it that it tasted a little too salty with the haddock smothered. I also used a lighter cheddar cheese to keep the calorie count down. I would absolutely make it again!
