The best pork I have ever eaten. I've made it several times since we first tried it.

Loved this recipe. I added sliced grapes and celery to add more flavor and nutrients. I would definitely make this again.

Cinnamon-Curry Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
I didn't like the combination of the flavors. I felt that the cinnamon was overwhelming and left the tuna tasting spicy in an odd way. I wouldn't make this again.

Granny's Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
I thought that it was a good, healthy alternative to the full fat banana bread. I would make it again but with some alterations.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
I followed the recipe exactly except for the type of meat that I used. I used 1 lb ground bison and 1 lb ground turkey. Fantastic. It went very well with egg noodles, my boyfriend devoured the entire plate! Thanks for sharing.

I used whole wheat linguine. It was a tasty recipe, although it was a little bland. I would make this again, but with more teriyaki.

Chinese Noodle Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Very good recipe although it lacked strong flavor. I read a few of the reviews before I cooked it and I added 1/2 cup teriyaki instead of 1/4 cup and some 99% fat free chicken broth. Still very bland. I also added 1 cup mushrooms. I would make this again with more teriyaki sauce and possibly some bouillon.

Rosemary Carrots

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Great recipe. I cooked them for longer than 8-9 minutes and used much more water than 1/2 cup. They came out crisp-tender and the seasoning was fabulous.

Baked Apple Oatmeal

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
I felt that the recipe had an odd taste to it. I eat oatmeal very often and I include most of the ingredients listed in the recipe, but it came out tasting funny to me. I think if I were to make this again I would cut down the amount of wheat germ. I felt that that was taking over the taste of the oatmeal.

Mrs. Strong's Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
My boyfriend absolutely loved this recipe. I used light cream cheese, 95% lean ground beef, and fat free sour cream to cut down the calories and make it a healthier dish. I also put a little more sauce because I was afraid that the cheese and sour cream would be too overwhelming. I would definitely make this again.

Cream Cheese, Garlic, and Chive Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
Overall the recipe was pretty good, but very bland. I followed the recipe exactly until the end. I sprinkled some Adobo and pepper onto the chicken. It still turned out pretty bland, but it was good.
