Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

To have stroganoff you have to add paprika and sour cream!!! A little milk or preferably half and half add the right flavor. NO tomato paste!!!!

Pretzel Turtles

MAKE IT SIMPLE!!!! Put your square pretzel on bottom, a Dove carmel chocolate next, and then the pecan half. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes at 300* Put it in the refrigator immediately to cool for about 20 minutes. Don't make it harder than it really is people!!

Great recipe. DO NOT use Starburst Jelly Beans!! They are pure chuncks of sugar. They crunch of sugar in your mouth. Many good brands of Jelly Beans. I used a few drops of Lemon Oil to cut the sweet taste.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

This does not work on truly FRESH eggs!! I mean from the nest to the boiling water. FRESH eggs need to sit a week before you boil them. They will do perfect then! Grocery store eggs are not that fresh.

German Sweet Chocolate Cake I

I have to give her 5 stars every year. I only make this cake for my husbands birthday. I don't know why!! It is delious!! So much easier than the 3 tier cake I used to make!! LOVES IT

Spicy Oil and Vinegar Bread Dip

Way to much balsamic vinegar. You need to roast the garlic slithly, also. Johnny Carino's is the best and it has the roasted garlic in it.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

This fudge is great using just milk chocolate and another cup of nuts. DO NOT OVER COOK OR IT WILL BE DRY!!! I make 5 or 6 batches every year. Very, very, easy to make.
