Pepperoni Pizza Quiche

This was very tasty. It did take longer than 25-30 minutes to cook the egg mixture through. I also added a bit of garlic to the tomato and onion.

Cranberry Chicken II

Very good. I only used one pack of onion soup, to cut down on the sodium but it was still very tasty. Quick and easy, with few ingredients - my favorite kind of recipe.

My sister just had twins so I was looking for some new recipes to cook so I could give her a variety of ready-to-eat meals. This one looked interesting - a very different combination of ingredients, all of which I had on hand. It was very tasty and I ended up making a second batch so my family could have some, too!
