I hate the kitchen. It's my worst enemy. I'm terribly impatient and a great example of my generation. I want things quick and effortless, like the internet. However, in my mid-20s, I'm realizing it can't always be like this if I want to raise a family one day, which I do. So here I am making an effort to change my ways. Here goes nothing!
My cooking triumphs
I cooked steak fajitas for a guy I really liked. I was scared to death and planned my every move prior to the dinner. It turned out really well and I fooled him to think I could actually cook! Turns out he doesn't care if I can cook or not, and we've been dating for 3 years now.
My cooking tragedies
Too many to list. The worst was I ruined my friend's mom's stove by burning the lid to the margarine onto her stove top.
