I'm a 21 year old student and a few months ago I decided that I needed to learn how to cook because the only thing I knew how to make was plain pasta. Now I'm slowly learning how to make my mom's recipes and I love to try out new recipes for desserts. I love making anything sweet!! Every year around Christmas time my mom makes a lot of different cakes for her annual party and she makes the best gumdrop cake. We always freeze some so we can enjoy it after Christmas. I don't think I have had any triumphs yet. Hopefully I will soon. Me and my friend made peanut butter fudge a few years ago and it was so hard we couldn't even cut it. We had to throw away the whole thing.
