My favorite things to cook
I love to cook pasta. I love experimenting with new things all the time.
My favorite family cooking traditions
During christmas, every year my mother in law and myself do pasteles. Its a traditional spanish dish that made out (green fig, pumpkins, potatoe and tania)all grinded finly together and then we cook pork and ham together and then we combine them together, wrap them up in banana leave, tie it and then boil them in salted water and then there you have it. Delicious!
My cooking triumphs
My cooking triumph will have to be my famous stew local crab.
