Zucchini Bisque

Tropical Chicken I

Very good. I added 1/4 tsp of nutmeg and 1 TBSP cornstarch. This made the sauce a littler thicker and added just enough additional flavor.

Mashed Sweet Potatoes by Jean Carper

I used grated fresh ginger root and added 2 TBSPs unsalted butter. It was a little dry/stiff so next time I would probably add a little chicken broth to make it moist.

Absolutely delicious and a nice change of pace from typical pasta salads. I made it exactly as the recipe calls and quantities of each ingredient were just right. Very flavorable. It doubles easily for a large crowd.
