Abbey's White Chocolate Latte
Absolutely delicious!!! I added an extra dollop of whipped cream since I like things really sweet. Also since I didn't have any espresso at hand, I substituted it with 1/4 cup boiling water added to 3/4 tsp of instant coffee (I halved the recipe). This latte was absolutely heavenly, plus it's so quick and easy to prepare! And you can make lots of variants to boot, by replacing the white chocolate with milk or dark chocolate or something else you'd like try. Make sure you chop up the chocolate well or it'll end up as melty lumps at the bottom of your mug. This is definitely the perfect latte recipe :) !

Hot Chocolate
Mmm, absolutely delicious!! I loved it, the cinammon really added flavor! I was trying to use up some Nestle swirled semisweet and white chocolate chips leftover from another recipe, so I couldn't grate the chocolate. I melted them in them microwave instead (put in microwave on medium for 1 minute, take out and stir, put it in again for 30-60 seconds before taking out and stirring again). I didn't have any lumps of eggs mentioned in other reviews. What I did was whisk it vigorously for 3-5 minutes :) Really a keeper-- I'm definitely switching to this recipe!

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Followed the recipe except with half as much oil and a third cup of milk as suggested by another reviewer. I made it into a two layer cake with 9-inch pans (340 degrees, somwhere around 45 minutes) and covered it with Special Buttercream Frosting (recipe from this site :) ). The cake was great, delicious, rich, and chocolately; everyone loved it! However, I have to agree with another reviewer, it just tasted like a slightly enhanced cake mix with chocolate chips. The chocolate chips were really the source of the rich chocolately taste; the cake itself was more of a "supporting" taste but it complemented the chocolate really well :) Thanks again!
