About this Cook
I'm a single 56 year old "Savta"...grandma. I'm blessed to live in Cypress, Tx. I love Yeshua with all my heart, soul, and mind....worshipping at CBM in Houston, a Messianic Synagogue. I love to laugh, entertain, and enjoy life. My family is very important to me. Since the lose of my identical twin sister last year to MS...I've realized just how precious family is and to love one another through all our mistakes.
My favorite things to cook
I just love to cook!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I was born in Iowa and raised in Indiana...so meat and potatoes was our tradition. My most favorite childhood memories are doing the dishes with my sisters and singing "Tell Me Why".
My cooking triumphs
I have been cooking for many years now...collected many cookbooks....but this website has been the most helpful tool of all!! I love "www.allrecipes.com" and have been telling everyone about this incredible website!!
My cooking tragedies
Let's not go there! ha!

Peanut Butter Bars I
Oh my gosh!! These are so very good! I followed the recipe and used Organic P.B. which I think might be the key to fantastic bars!! Thank you for sharing! In God we Trust!

Linda's Lasagna
I am blessed to be in the prison ministry for incarcerated youth. I tried this recipe to feed 100 people and it was so easy and has a fantastic taste!! I marked it as a favorite! I have tried the "oven ready" noodles and the "regular" noodles, and see no difference in them. I also tried this recipe with yellow and zucchini squash. It is great! This is a fantastic recipe! Thank you for sharing!
