Sesame Crusted Mahi Mahi II

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2013
I thought this recipe was excellent and will be making it again. The flavors are subtle, but I love sesame oil/seeds and their flavor.

This is, by far, the easiest and best way to bake a chicken! Falls off the bone every time! Hasn't failed me yet!!

Cajun Crab Cakes (No Breadcrumbs)

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2012
I am gluten free, so seeing no breadcrumbs in the title definitely caught my eye. I used gluten free crackers and fried in coconut oil instead of vegetable oil, which I believe is bad for you. Other than those two very minor changes to accommodate my eating lifestyle, I didn't change a thing. These came out GREAT!! I will be making these again. I took a picture of mine also. It should be available to view soon.

Texas Sheet Cake V

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
I didn't change the recipe for the cake at all. However I used pecans instead of walnuts for the icing. This IS a Texas sheet cake, after all. I did not have a 10x15 pan so I used a 13x9 pan and baked it an additional 15 minutes and it came out fine.

Gruyere Potato Gratin

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
This is a great dish! I was looking for a scalloped potato recipe, wanting to get away from the traditional gratins using yellow cheese, and stumbled upon this. It's kind of a cross between a scalloped and a gratin, and is absolutely heavenly. I made it exactly as the recipe says and it came out perfect. I didn't add or change a thing and it was exactly what I was looking for.

Oven Fried Chicken II

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2007
This is absolutely the best oven fried chicken recipe I've tried. Comes out crunchy, tender, juicy, and not too greasy. I use mixed fryer parts and it works great. My husband loves it and it has become the only way I "fry" chicken.
