B.L.A.T. Wraps

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2014
These were fantastic! Easy and very good! We used turkey bacon (baked in the oven @ 400). I mashed the avocado with a little sour cream mixed with Uncle Dan's powder ranch mix and spread it on whole wheat tortillas. Great for warm weather, but I have a feeling we'll be eating them all year long.

Trailer Trash Cornbread

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2012
Making this for the second time tonight. Family of 6 all loved it. Used Nalley's Vegetarian Chili w/Beans and Hebrew National 97% Fat Free Hot Dogs to lighten up a bit. Added a can of mild green chilis to the cornbread mix, no peppers or celery in the filling. Shredded Cheese, sour cream, a little mustard on the side. Definitely comfort food!

This recipe is fantastic. I have made it several times now and the whole family loves it. The only change I make is garlic granules instead of garlic salt. Serve over cooked orzo. Fantastic!

On my regular rotation. Often make wraps with w/w tortillas, lined with a large leaf of lettuce, topped with meat, then a sprinkle of carrot/celery matchsticks on top.
