Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: May 13, 2003
Very refreshing pie for the summer. It's abit tart. I think I'll tone down the key lime juice a dab to 1/3 cup and add a sprinkle of lime rind for looks. Fresh or frozen Cool Whip would be nice. It's a keeper.

Finger Sandwich Butter Cookies

Very very very good! Makes a beautiful cookie using the star tip on your cookie press and snake down to desired length. I used the chocolate/hazelnut spread for a quick yummy filling. Thanks for the recipe TJ. You saved me a few trips to Brooklyn.

Very Very Good! My Italian husband loves it. He has made it on his own a few time now. It's our new family tradition.

Bohemia Cookies

Didn't do anything for me. I followed the recipe exactly. Tasted like harden confection sugar. Too sweet. Kids ate a couple, tossed the rest.

For those of you who thought the cookies were a bit dry, try margerine or healthy yet butter flavored CRISCo. Nice cookies.

Sesame Seed Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2001
My husband and I drive an hour and a half to Brooklyn for these cookie, and I like this recipe better. The hint of anise is nice. THANKS! HINT!!! I went thru about 6 oz. of sesame seeds to roll. Make sure you have about a half a pound ready. I also used my bread machine to mix the dough. It's much easier.
