This is one of my top ground beef meals for weekday or company time. I used an egg to moisten the meat rather than water.

Good homestyle casserole. Easy to scale for two people, just reduce pasta and tuna amounts only, for a saucy meal.

Mom's Amazing Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2011
I enjoyed the homecooked taste. I did not put in the tomato juice. I cooked it in the slow cooker for 4 hours on high. The aroma was fantastic when I arrived home.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
This recipe served as a double duty dinner. I served out two portions of meat and sauce, just before addding the cream cheese, to be used as a stew. The addition of carrots and potatoes completed a supper for two people. This is a wonderful stroganoff when scaled to two servings.
