Turkey Tetrazzini II

This was an ok way to use leftover Turkey. I added peas because there was no veggie and they worked well. I must have done something wrong because when I added the parm to the sauce it didn't melt through just got all clumpy, so I had giant clumps of parm instead of it nicely melted throughout. Despite that the dish was still pretty good. I thought the 5 cups of liquid would be too much but it was perfect.

Sky High Yorkshire Pudding

YUMMY!!! I made exactly as directed but added a little salt for flavor and they came out perfect- and supper easy to make. I read other reviews but forgot to let milk & eggs get to room temp but it turned out fine- it really rose very high- They turned golden brown and were just perfect! Made them at a dinner party and everybody loved them- very good with a little gravy. Next time I'll try with some beef drippings for more flavor.

Sausage Potato Bake

This was pretty good. I didn't have a can of beef vegatable so I added fresh carrots, celery, onion and some beef stock instead. Made in the crock pot- I was on a time crunch so I cooked 4 hours on high and it was done. Good for afternoon football game!

Pizza Dough III

I tried this last night and it was a disaster. 30 min was not enough time for the dough to rise. I baked the crust first for about 5 min and then added toppings because I hate when the crust gets soggy, and the crust wouldn't bake through. I left the pizza in for over 40 min and the dough was still raw & soggy. .

Apple Dumplings III

Awesome! I made a few adjustments- I coated the apples in cinnamon suger before placing in the dough. I also cut the apples in half, and used 1/4 a pie crust for each 1/2 an apple (So there was a little less apple per dumpling and more crust) I served them at a dinner party and people were absolutely floored at how good they were.
