Apple Crisp II

DELICIOUS!!! If you double the crisp topping you definitely only need a 1/2 cup white sugar (if that) with the apples. Double the topping and use half pressed into the bottom of the pan and the rest crumbled over the apples. I used granny smith apples and only 1/4 cup water. It turned out wonderfully! I will definitely be making this many more times!

Puppy Chow

This was perfect. Just enough chocolate to coat each piece of cereal, and I did use 9 cups. I also used a grocery bag to shake the cereal and powdered sugar. Next time I'm going to use chunky peanut butter because I think it would be absolutely wonderful with peanuts added.

Green Chicken Enchilada

I love these, although I love them with red enchilada sauce better. We tend to break up a four pack of chicken breasts. We usually grill two breasts for topping on pasta and then we boil the other two to use for these. Works great, and then you can boil the chicken and use it the next day or day after. DEFINATELY ADD SAUCE INSIDE the tortillas. It makes a huge difference!! Using 2 chicken breasts we usually can make about 8 enchiladas.

It's Chili by George!!

It was very good!! I made it in the crock pot and the first night was good. But I saved some and when I ate it a week and a half later it was that much more amazing. Letting the flavors work in for longer definitly made it better. I just had my last bowl today and already want to make it again. Thanks George.

Beef Stew VI

Beef stew was good, I loved that I can actually cook a beef stew on the stovetop that turns out perfectly tender. The only thing would be that it needed a little more flavor. I would definitely season the meat and add some more spices. I did add a bay leaf and next time I would add more parsley and maybe some garlic salt. Good though, I will make it again.
