About this Cook
Revised of 07/2010:~~ I have a TRUE LOVE/HATE emotion with food. Its my most favorite thing on many levels; yet i really hate to actually cook the majority except sweets, breads, typical all favorites. Hate the cleanup after wards too because i'm quite the mess maker at times. However when I can cook something regardless of what it is... and the table is silent except hearing the food being just super duper consumed; Im feeling like well done, accomplished. The tummmy is a way to the heart sometimes :)
My favorite things to cook
Revised also:~~ I really like cooking what I FEEL, yes i said it , what i feeel like eating. So lets see thats gonna be everyday, quick & simple, yet IN ALL HOPES of BAM flavor, just wakes that mouth however. :)

My cooking triumphs

My cooking tragedies

Pound Cake III
i give it a 3 because HOLY MOLY if you really used 3 cups of sugar, i truly cant see how anyone could consume it. i used barely 2 cups sugar and its no where near what REAL POUND CAKE is supposed to taste like. however going by instructions , perfect way to actually make it come together. my advice is lower to say maybe 1 1/2 cups sugar that way you can GLAZE THE THING!

Pan De Sal I
I gave it a 4 only for the BLAND taste. I used my own yeast starter as well and it came through as far as flavor goes but even with salt, sugar, salted butter, its just sooooo BLAND, no real flavor at all! but the texture, everything else is perfect. the igredients are proportinate to what your end result is. thanx, but will definitely tweak for my own taste!~
