The most fun experiences I have are cooking anything I haven't tried and can modify the recipe! I love trying new foods and ingredients, and I never make the same dish twice because I am always tweaking as I go.

Homemade Pizza with Sourdough crust for Christmas, Eggrolls from scratch, Farmers Market ingredients, Artisan Bread.
My cooking triumphs
Crème Brûlée taught by my Uncle Danny, and a big Korean dinner as a going-away celebration for my sister's semester abroad.
My cooking tragedies
Too many to count! LOL! These happen less and less often thank goodness, but are usually caused by distractions leading to forgotten ingredients or burned entree's. And occasionally my very broad and tolerant palette leads to a dish that nobody but me will actually enjoy, often including lots of Zucchini or seafood. ;)
