Cream Tea Cakes
The first time I made these I experience the same as others: dough too delicate and frustrating to make. The second time, I cut the flour back to 1 cup and added 1/2 cup baking mix (bisquik or other). The entire dough was mixed using an electric mixer. Made a HUGE difference (though for the last 1/2 cup I had to use a dough hook so it wasn't as messy. Add plenty of flour to the board before you roll it (though I found a flexible plastic cutting board works better for this). It kneads just fine from t here. Rolled it, cut it, baked it. Turned out so yummy.

Quick Sticky Buns
Quick, easy, and very awesome recipe! I cooked mine at 425 for the same time, and they came out really soft. I discovered though that they come out so much BETTER if you cook then in a smaller glass baking dish. Stuff 'em in there and they'll come out perfect. In a metal cake pan, they were a bit on the crispy side. I made a simple powdered sugar and milk icing for them. Super yummy!

Jimmy's Mexican Pizza
Awesome pizza. Love being able to control the salt content. The flavor is excellent, even better than something I can buy from Taco Bell. After the first one, I added a bit of Taco Bell sauce poured over the meat, and sprinkled on a few diced tomatoes before adding the top layer tortilla.
