Moussaka

Soo good and authentic! I really miss Greek Town in Chicago and this is just as good as good as my favorite restaurant's moussaka. I did incorporate 2 eggs to the bechamel sauce as other reviewers suggested and it worked out nicely. I also added a thin layer of sliced potatoes to the pan 1st

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I love this stuffing. Only thing I do differently is toast my bread 1st, add an egg and I used rubbed sage instead of poultry seasoning.

Spinach Noodles

Wow are these great! I rolled out the sheets nice and thin, cut into circles and spooned a ricoota mixture onto them, folded, sealed and called it ravioli and they were seriously the best ravioli I have ever had. the noodle is so delicate and tender and both my kids gobbled up the raviolis. I never mentioned they were green because of the spinach and they didn't seem to notice there was a vegetable in there! Yummy! Thanks so much!

Grandma's Noodles II

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Good! LOVE this recipe. This was the first time I ever made homemade noodles and I made this one and a spinach noodle also from All Recipes and I couldn't be happier. Fresh, homemade noodles that taste better than ANY store-bought and really are not that difficult to make. I used a rolling pin and a lot of muscle but my noodles were so worth it.

Italian Bread II

LOVE this bread but you should use BREAD FLOUR!!! It's never soupy with bread flour. I also only make 1 loaf, I put the egg wash on twice (once before baking and once during) and I spray with water and bake again when we're ready to eat it. I also bake the bread on a pan with the corn meal and olive oil and before I bake it the second time, I put more oil in the pan. The bread is so yummy you don't even think about butter. mmmm
