Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2011
Great recipe, I follow the recipe and never have had any problems (except the occasion that I don't have shortening I will use all butter). One thing I do different is I double the cinnamon/sugar part, that is so I won't run low on it, and the extra I just use for cinnamon toast :) For those of you who have trouble with flat cookies it is probably because you mix the dough to much. Try just barely mixing it and the cookies should turn out great, that is what I do and my cookies turned out fluffy even when using a mixer :)

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2011
Very very good. I did things a tad different though, I followed the marinating recipe but instead of steaks I did Pork Chops (boneless). I marinated them for about 2 hours, didn't grill them either (no charcoal) so I stuck them in the oven at 350 degrees. I put them in a glass dish poured some of the marinade over them covered dish with aluminum foil, stuck in the over for 30 min, took them out flipped them put more marinade one them, cooked them for another 15 minutes before they were done. Absolutely amazing, Marinade will be a keeper, can't wait till try it on other things :D

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
These are 200% better then the clone of the Cinnabon recipe. Next time I will only use 3/4 cup of brown sugar. The full cup was to sweet for me. :P This is my new Favorite Cinnamon Bun Recipe. Toni

Foil Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
Very delicious. Some things that I did diffrent would be once the potatoes were cut in half I poked holes in the potatoe with a fork. I also used seasoned salt instead regular salt. I also would recomened backing for about 55-60 minutes if you like your baked potatoes a bit softer.

Bev's Mac and Cheese

This recipe calls for to much flour. I only put 2tbs of flour in it. I also added some nutmeg for flavor. Next time I'm also going to put worchestire for taste. Great Recipie

Amish Friendship Bread II

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2007
Very Delicious. I didn't add the applesauce in the recipe(I used 1 cup of oil instead) and the bread still came out delicious. This time I used Vanilla pudding but next time I'm going to try another Flavor.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
This is very very Yummy. When Making the frosting if you use salted butter you don't need to add the salt. If you do the frosting will be way to salty.
