Grilled Tilapia and Mango Salsa
Loved this and so did the hubby! Added a little more onion, lime and some salt to the salsa. Served with Safron rice and it was so good!

Best Egg Rolls
Really good recipe! I did what others said and steam the cabbage a little first and I basically double, maybe tripled the amount of veggies since we were having meat as the main course.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
This was great and was pretty easy!!! The directions aren't clear, when you boil the sugar and water you are making the sweet & sour...took me a minute to get that. But the hubby and kids loved it!!!
