Roasted Pork Tenderloin
This was wonderful even though we don't eat sauerkraut very often due to the salt content. I sprinkled some caraway seed and rosemary on it before cooking, however, I forgot the brown sugar. It was still very good. I will make it again using less sauerkraut. Thank you for submitting. this recipe.

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup
I used both dark and white meat. It just didn't seem to go with the Mexican seasonings. I think possibly it was the use of the dark meat that made it non-compatible.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole
The best one I've made in years. Used low-fat pork sausage, non-fat milk, 4 egg beaters and 2 eggs. It was perfect. Did not use any butter or oil on the croutons as they were already seasoned.
