We have feel in love with this recipe! Its great in mexican dishes or just alone as a main course! I do add the juice of a whole lime and zest. Jose Curveo is the best name brand margarita mix!! Cook it on the grill or bake it in the oven.

Easy No Bake Cookies

These tasted good, but I will take other viewers advice and use more oats next time. They came out very gooey... even after sitting in the fridge over nite. I used bannanna pudding!

The Most Easy and Delish Meatloaf EVER!

We found the Rotel over powered the meat loaf. I will try this again but with only half a can of Rotel and none of the juice. Maybe more Ritz Cracker also.
