My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook, hmm...anything that tastes great! I like Rachel Ray alot because her recipes are easy and realistic and I can do lots of them on the fly, plus if she made it, the kiddo will eat it. He has a total crush on her. :) Our favorite meals are spaghetti, grilled chicken, steak or pork, shrimp anything, and roasted potatoes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother and grandmother are totally "a little of this a pinch of that" cooks and I am pleased to say I inherited that gene, it drives my husband who follows the recipe to a tee insane to cook with me, but we have fun with it.

Chai Tea Mix
Awesome recipe, and the great thing is it handles variation extremely well. We've done it with and without the food processor, both work, I like the processed better as its a finer powder. We've done the cardamom and left it out. My favorite is with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. Next round we will start experimenting with sugar sub for some of the sugar. WELL worth the making of it, thanks for sharing!!!

Salt and Garlic Bagel Chips
I have a ball with this recipe, used everything bagels, stirred galic powder, Italian seasoning salt and black pepper into the olive oil and brushed it on the bagels. Then sprinkled with seasame seeds and Parmesean cheese before baking. We were liberal with the oil, which makes this crisp but not dry. Wow. Thanks so much
