Easy Vegetable Pot Pie
When you are looking for something easy to make, this is it! There was way too much black pepper in it for my family's taste, so I'll cut that in half next time I make it.

Gnocchi in Fontina Sauce
This was ok. I only used 4 tbsp butter and skim milk. It looked to thick so I added some more milk. It was nice and creamy on the stovetop , but my husband was late and by the time we ate the sauce was gloppy.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps
These are good to have in the freezer, ready to go. I only used 3 cans of beans and it's enough. Also used white rice. It's good.
