Delicious and so easy! Tastes just like pizza! I omitted the bell peppers and the olives. This will definitely be a regular for parties.

Kickin' Collard Greens

My first time making collard greens they were wonderful! I used 4 slices of thick, good-quality bacon and the flavor was outstanding. I will definitely be making these again.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2008
Great flavor and easy. The sauce was quite runny and there was a lot of extra sauce. Next time I'll double the noodles but not the sauce.

Spinach Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
Implemented several of the reader recommendations and they were delicious. Used homemade red enchilada sauce - I hate the canned stuff, used fresh spinach, added garlic salt, used yellow onion instead of green onion, and used flour tortillas. The mixture was bit runny, but they turned out fine. I am already sharing the recipe and will definitely make these again.

Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken

Excellent flavor. Incorporated some of the recommendations and coated the chicken with seasoned bread crumbs first. Also used marinated artichoke hearts and doubled the sauce. Super good!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
A huge hit at every party I've taken it to. The only change I made was to omit the sugar -- it is sweet enough with just the fruit preserves. Great summer recipe.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Delicious and so easy!! Used chicken broth instead of water and low sodium cream of mushroom soup. Also used beefy onion soup mix -- great results! Will make this again and again. Thanks for the great recipe!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
OMG!!! This is soooo good! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I tweeked it according to other reviews. I used the Quick and Easy Alfredo sauce from this site, sauteed the onion and garlic in EVOO, and added some basil. I used oven-ready noodles. I used light butter in the Alfredo sauce and light cheese in the lasagna. Simply amazing!!!!
