Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
Amazing!!!!! Based on other reviews, I used half the amount of meatballs, but the whole amount of sauce. That gave us lots of the delish gravy. Added the sour cream just before serving -- cooking sour cream for 4 hours made me nervous. Even my in-laws, who are quite picky, loved it and asked for the recipe. Definitely a keeper!

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2012
After this soup, I determined I'm a brothy-soup kinda girl. It was good, but won't be making it again. A bit too rich for me.

These were delicious exactly as written. My super picky nieces even liked them. Highly recommend as a healthier alternative to fast food chicken nuggets.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2012
Didn't have all the indredients and it still turned out wonderfully. Got rave reviews from DH. Minor changes based on what we had: use 2 T. course-ground mustard and 1 T. dijon; used 1/2 an orange -- didn't have any lemons; decreased the EVOO slightly. Very tasty!

Delicious and very sweet. More of a dessert than anything else. Hu thought it was too sweet, but I thought it was perfect!

Margarita Cake with Key Lime Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
Disappointing. These were nothing like what I had imagined. I added 3 T. of tequila, which made the frosting very runny. I don't know what I did wrong, but won't be making these again....

A huge hit at dinner this weekend! Adjusted slightly to decrease the heat: 1 T. of chili powder and 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper. Did everything else the same and it was amazing!

Split Pea Soup

DELICIOUS!!!! Made a few minor changes: used chicken bouillion, added 2 bay leaves, added some garlic, and used 2 cups of diced turkey ham (to save time and calories). This was a huge hit and will become a regular once the weather gets cooler!

Creamy Veggie Fondue

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
YIKES! I should have known when I added all that cayenne pepper -- this had way too much heat! Even my DH, who loves extra spicy things, thought it was too hot. Did not enjoy this. Sorry.

Easy Pork Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Amazing flavor and very forgiving. Hubby tried this last night. He messed up a bit and it still turned out well, bless his heart. Our roast was almost 8 lbs and he only used seasonings for a 4 lb roast. We didn't have any shallots. He also forgot to cover with tin foil. Yet, it was a HUGE hit!!!!! Will add to the rotation!

Delicious! Utilized reader recommendations and used beef broth instead of water as well as doubled the seasonings. Also broiled the sandwiches with provolone for a heavenly deli sandwich. Save the liquid and use for dipping. Simply divine!!!!!
