It's hard to believe how many years I have made fudge and every year I have to search for my recipe. I knew what basic ingredients I always used - marshmallow creme, Hershey's chocolate bar and Nestle's semi sweet choc chips. , so the hunt was on!!!

Being able to throw stuff together without a recipe like my mom always did and it come out tasting great!!! I have learned to write down what I am throwing together if I plan to take what I am throwing together to a potluck!!!!!
My cooking tragedies
I cannot cook good cornbread so I leave that to Jiffy or Martha White!!!! They do an amazing job at a great price too!
