Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2012
with modifications this could be 5 star... It was a great starting recipe... I have now made it three times since coming across it here! My fav, is using black beans and cutting the recipe in half, or make it all and freeze the rest! so good!

Creamy Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
If I could rate this with more stars I would! the first time I halved the recipe, thinking I'd have enough for 24 cupcakes... sadly I did not. It iced about 12 (heavily) the only think I did differently than the recipe stated was I added about a teaspoon of vanilla. This is my go to icing recipe from now on. The ten minute whipping is the key, and unsalted butter!

Buckeye Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2011
Like others I cut the sugar down by half. I only made these about the size of marbles. I had to hide these from the Hubby.

Original Irish Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
This was Awesome... I used coconut extract, not the almond, and I didn't have whipping cream, I used 2% milk. I think next time I'll use half and half. I also used too much choclate syrup, so my first batch was pretty dark. It tastes just like baileys irish cream. So good!

I made this yesterday for my husband's family. This will now become a tradition... they asked me to make for next year! the colored eggs in the bread are very impressive. I'm now making another loaf today :) the sweetness of the bread is addictive, plus my whole house smells amazing. Thanks for the post.

I love these cookies, but instead of kisses(Not a fan) I use small peanut butter cups. So good, and don't last long at all.
